I moved to a new apartment over the summer, here are a handful of photos of my bedroom a few months later.

  1. so many plants! what a great vibe!! I can't wait to move back home and go plant mad. I always enjoy your white walls to (slash light coloured), the make everything in you space "pop", as lame as that might sound.

    1. thank you! And yes, you're totally right about bright white - it's hard to tell from these photos but the walls are actually a dusty lavender, they came with the apartment and not something I'd EVER choose but I kinda love it now, somehow it works!

  2. So so beautiful. Is the cat painting one of yours? Adore it, and those little ceramic kitties too.

  4. How do you keep your kitty from eating all your plants?!

    1. it's difficult! I've moved a lot of the ones he likes to my studio, or hung them from the ceiling. A lot of the succulents, especially the jade, are safe because he doesn't care about them - he prefers to chew on leafy things!

  5. Hi, so I was going through design sponge's old sneak peeks and I needed, NEEEEEDED, to tell you we have the same cat face pillow! I got mine at a senior citizens thrift store for 50 cents! Sadly, it freaks my actual cats out so I keep it in the closet. If you are ever in the market for another cat face pillow, I'd love to give you mine, haha.

    1. omg, basically the same story behind mine, it's from Salvation Army and I think it was a dollar. So cool that you have one too - you should hold onto it, you're totally going to want it one day even if your cats don't!
